Reply by email, 1–2 days (demo)
Questions, answered.
Anything not covered here goes to email — a person reads it, not a bot.
Is this a real shop?
No — Saltframe is a demo concept. Brand name, prices and archive are sample data. The order form opens your email client; no payment exists anywhere on the site.
Can I order a shape that is not listed?
Yes in concept — describe the shape, or bring measurements from a frame you already wear. The three listed shapes are starting points, not a menu.
How long does a pair take?
Ten to fourteen working days after you confirm (demo estimate). One pair is worked at a time, so the bench never runs two orders in parallel.
Do you take prescription lenses?
In concept, yes — include your sphere, cylinder and axis numbers in the notes. The demo form does not validate them yet.
What does the ten-year guarantee cover?
Material defects, hinge failure and delamination for ten years, plus free realignment. It does not cover loss, scratched lenses or solvent damage.
How do I know my size?
Face width in millimetres, or the measurements printed inside your current frame (lens width, bridge, temple). Any one of them is enough to start.
Where do you ship?
From Jakarta, Indonesia — nationwide in concept, international on request. Demo: no real shipping exists yet.
How do I pay?
You do not — this is a demo. The real flow would be a person confirms the quote by email first, then payment; never the other way around.
