How it works.
A conversation, not a checkout. You send one request; a person reads it, replies, and only then does the cutting start. One pair at a time.

Request
Pick a frame, a material and a lens. Leave your name, email and a short note — face width, prescription, anything that matters.
Day 0 — send02
Confirm
We reply by person: shape check, final material, lens choice, demo quote. Nothing is cut before you say yes.
Day 1–2 — reply03
Cut & polish
Front and temples cut from the sheet, tumbled overnight, hand-polished on the wheel. Lens cut and mounted, temples bent to your head.
Day 3–10 — bench04
QC & ship
Alignment check, hinge tension, engraving inside the temple, then packed and sent with a tracking number.
Day 10–14 — sendWhat we need from you
FrameTide, Dune, or Moss — or a note describing your own
MaterialBlack / Tortoise / Olive
LensClear / Sun / Blue light (+ prescription numbers, if any)
ContactName + email — we reply to that address
OptionalFace width, current frame measurements, deadline
